Before we start work there may be few questions in your mind. Please ask them if they are not already answered below.
Are you available to work full time?
I am available to work between 30-40 hours a week as per requirement, from remote only. I will avail flexible timings.
Will you work on Microsoft platform like, .NET core, asp.net, SharePoint etc.?
I spent working 10 years in Microsoft platform. But now I am not working for Microsoft technology. Nevertheless, I can utilize my knowledge of Microsoft for migration purposes.
What is your mode of billing?
I am flexible in billing. I can work on dollars per hour. I can work on fixed monthly remuneration. I usually work on projects ranging between one month to one year. I can sign an NDA.
You possess so many skills. Is it possible for you to work on all of them together?
I do not work on all the skillsets together. At one point of time I work in depth on one skillset. But since I have experience on many skills I can switch fast.
Can you report in person to company's office when you are assigned a job?
I only work from remote, that is work from home.
What if you don't know a technology which is required in the project?
I shall learn the technology. Usually I take 2 weeks of time for learning a new language and further one week to master that. I have deviced my own learning process.
Can you work as part of a big team?
Yes.
What is your preferred technology area of work?
My preferred area of work is React.js, node.js, Python, Flask, Fastapi, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Flutter.
How come you did not become manager for long years of service?
I am hands on with technology and love to remain like that. It is from personal choice. I had opportunities multiple times to become people manager, project manager or so but I desisted that. Once I am off from programming for few days I lose the grip. I always want to stay hands on with technology otherwise I will forget it.
